During Pride Montréal, the Claude-Tourangeau Award is given to an individual or an organization in recognition of their remarkable contribution in the fight against serophobia.
This year, the award is presented to the Clinique médicale l’Actuel.
"It is really a great honour to receive this award. I wish to thank l'Actuel's team for their exceptional work, and Pride Montréal for this recognition. The fight against prejudice towards people living with HIV is essential in the fight against HIV/aids" - Dr. Réjean Thomas
The ceremony for the presentation of this award will take place at Parc Emilie-Gamelin (Main Stage), Saturday, august 16th at 7:45 PM.
